Challenge
JMS Floating Garden, a niche brand specialising in eco-friendly, nature-based water treatment solutions, faced tough challenges. They were a business operating with over 8 years of experience in clean water restoration, and they didn’t have an identity or website that showcased that. Furthermore, the niche they occupied was fairly new in India. The audience lacked awareness and an in-depth understanding of the product, its technology, and the need for restoration itself. Floating Garden needed strategic design solutions that helped them establish their presence in the water restoration space while also educating the audience and gaining their trust.
Approach
At Mellow Designs, we took a strategic design approach to solve these problems. We did a deep dive into the subject and started designing an identity system that would resonate. Alongside this, we crafted a narrative around clean water restoration for a better future that could be translated across print and digital touchpoints. The product itself served as inspiration for the logo design, with a Floating Garden icon forming the logo mark. The font choice was kept confident and approachable to establish expertise and inspire trust. We also did UX exercises to help sort out the vast information and condense it into an easily digestible information flow.
