Subishi, a leading real estate developer, aimed to market their new project, Fortuna Towers, located in Mokila, Hyderabad. The challenge was to differentiate Fortuna Towers from the abundance of residential options in the city, particularly emphasizing its large-sized apartments and luxurious amenities.

We adopted a twofold approach. The marketing communication leaned on the concept of "Mukti" (freedom) from cramped living spaces and a boring life. Apart from that, we designed a stunning brochure focusing on the spaciousness of the apartments. The brochure adopted relatable visuals and a clean layout to showcase the ample living areas and bedrooms, allowing potential buyers to envision themselves living comfortably in these expansive homes.

Our research revealed a growing demand for spacious living among potential buyers who felt confined in smaller apartments. Making this insight our hero, we used the concept of ‘Mukti’ to address both these human desires: 1. Freedom from small homes. & 2. Freedom from a dull life. 

The marketing campaign successfully captured the attention of the target audience. The digital ads sparked curiosity with their clever messaging, and the brochure effectively communicated the spaciousness of the apartments.
