Big Banyan approached us with the challenge of positioning their project as the epitome of modern luxury apartments in Hosur. They wanted to highlight the luxurious amenities and premium fixtures while positioning the development as a symbol of upscale living that captures the essence of premium homes.
The marketing campaign focused on emphasising the American way of living, combining luxury with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. Our goal was to make potential buyers envision themselves in a home that mirrors the best of American-style living in Hosur.
We chose a colour palette inspired by luxury and nature to bring the American lifestyle to life. The visuals were centred on the spacious apartments, featuring high-end fixtures and modern, comfortable living spaces. The copies embraced the concept of “American Living”, with a strong emphasis on comfort, style, and exclusivity, making it relatable to the target audience in Hosur.
The campaign successfully captured the attention of the target audience, positioning Big Banyan as the go-to choice for premium American-style living in Hosur. The combination of luxurious visuals and a carefully crafted message resonated with potential buyers, setting the project apart in a competitive real estate market.

We built Big Banyan's campaign around the concept of American luxury design as its central idea, which shows how one clear reference point can anchor an entire marketing programme rather than a loose sense of premium.
Give it a specific aesthetic reference. We built Big Banyan's marketing around a defined design concept rather than relying on high-quality photography and standard premium language, which is where most property marketing lands.
Big Banyan's positioning bet that an aspirational American luxury concept would lift perception of the property and separate it from typical local luxury conventions.
Pick something ownable. For Big Banyan we chose American luxury to give the marketing a clear aesthetic identity competitors were not using, rather than a vague premium tone anyone could claim.
Photography executes, a concept decides. We led Big Banyan's campaign with the design concept, which is what gave the photography, messaging and placement a consistent point of view to work from.
