smartShift, a leader in SAP transformations through Intelligent Automation, had a dated and cluttered website with inconsistent messaging that failed to reflect its industry expertise. They needed a modern, minimal, and efficient design that retained their core branding.

We began with an audit to identify UX gaps, followed by a brand positioning and narrative exercise to redefine their story. Our goal was to position smartShift as an emerging technology partner while maintaining consistency with existing brand guidelines.
